Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. invites a Technical Sales Support for our Den Bosch location. You will be the technical advisor, coordinating with account managers to provide accurate, timely offers and keep projects on track. Proactive collaboration with sales and marketing to strengthen the brand is expected.

You will communicate in Dutch and English, utilize CRM and MS Office, and bring an engineering mindset (MBO/HBO) in Industrial Automation to support customers and drive growth.

Technical Sales Support

De functie: Technical Sales Support. Je bent de spin in het web voor de industriële innovatie met producten voor de Industriële Automatisering. Je bent de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten en onze accountmanagers altijd een stap voorlopen. In deze rol ben je niet zomaar een ondersteuner, maar een technisch adviseur. Je duikt in de uitdagingen van de klant, vertaalt complexe vragen naar concrete offertes en zorgt dat elk project technisch tot in de puntjes klopt.

Wat ga je doen?

• Technisch Sparren: Je adviseert klanten en prospecten over de juiste inzet van onze producten.
• Commercieel Regisseren: Je stelt duidelijke offertes op, volgt deze samen met de accountmanager proactief op en bewaakt de voortgang van verkoopprojecten.
• Samen Winnen: Je vormt een onverslaanbaar team met de accountmanagers in de buitendienst; jij bent hun technische back-up en commercieel klankbord.
• Kwaliteit Bewaken: Je zorgt dat klanten krijgen wat beloofd is – technisch én commercieel.
• Meebouwen aan het merk: Heb je affiniteit met marketing? Top! We horen graag jouw ideeën om onze innovaties nog beter in de markt te zetten.
• De Basis: Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding (bijv. Elektrotechniek, Meet- en regeltechniek, Mechatronica of Industriële Automatisering). Heb je de kennis door ervaring opgedaan? Dan horen we dat ook graag!
• Communicatie: Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Digital Native: Je werkt vlot met CRM-systemen en MS Office.
• Mentaliteit: Je bent een teamspeler die eigenaarschap toont.
