Job summary

Aalberts advanced mechatronics in Nijmegen is recruiting a Sales Engineer OEM who serves as the technical-commercial engine behind Machine Conditioning solutions. You will be the sparring partner who translates complex technical changes into compelling value propositions for semiconductor and high-tech clients.

You will build and maintain close client relationships, balance technical cost considerations with commercial competitiveness, and identify opportunities to co-engineer innovative

Qualifications

Technical foundation for high-tech environments.
Experience managing client relationships in complex technical settings.
Analytical, results-oriented, structured approach.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Technical-Commercial Sparring: act as the primary internal contact for customers in semicon and high-tech, understanding product function and changes.
Maintaining Balance: collaborate with cost engineers to ensure quotes are technically superior yet commercially competitive.
Capitalizing on Opportunities: identify commercial potential and convert these into concrete co-engineering projects.
