Job description

Lead innovative IoT and RFID projects that drive visibility in our customers' supply chain!

Mieloo & Alexander is an RFID/IoT Business Integrator with deep roots in process improvement and supply chain consultancy. We empower our clients by automating data collection, optimizing business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence. We specialize in cutting-edge AutoID, RFID, and IoT solutions, and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead impactful projects from start to finish.

What Will You Do?

As a Technical Project Manager at Mieloo & Alexander, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced RFID and IoT solutions that combine innovative technology with business process optimization.

You will work closely with account managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and software developers to understand our customers’ business processes and identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and create additional value. You are able to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable results.

You will own the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder relationships. From translating functional requirements into technical specifications to assembling and leading project teams of up to six people, you will ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

In addition to managing projects, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will regularly visit customer locations to gain insight into operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and advise customers on how RFID and IoT technologies can further enhance their operations. By building strong customer relationships, you will help customers maximize the value of their investment and identify opportunities for future improvements and expansion.

You will also collaborate closely with the sales team on proposals, RFPs, and customer growth opportunities. Your understanding of customer processes and project outcomes enables you to recognize new business opportunities and contribute to the continued success of our customers.

Finally, you will ensure a smooth transition to the support team after project completion, providing them with the necessary technical and functional knowledge to deliver excellent ongoing service.
