Job summary

Dot Robot in Delft is seeking a Technical Project Lead (32-40 hrs/week) to steer technical projects for industrial machines, robots and electric vehicles. You will bridge engineers, clients and partners, plan, coordinate and monitor projects, and help shape opportunities in marketing and sales while promoting innovation in our engineering-driven team.

You should have 3–5 years of senior project experience, a technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a senior management environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field plus relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
• Willingness to lead technical projects and engage in marketing/sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and coordinate between Dot Robot engineers, clients and partners.
• Plan, monitor and execute projects to deliver drive solutions for industrial machines, EVs and robots.
• Bridge technical and commercial aspects, identifying opportunities and engaging in marketing activities.
