Job summary

CoreDux in Tilburg, Netherlands is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead complex product development and industrialization projects from concept to lifecycle management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders while managing priorities for your Product Groups.

You will join the CTO Team and drive roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning across sites, ensuring progress and timely decisions with Site Steering Committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, technical product management, product development, or a similar role within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and industrialization.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, operations, and quality functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complexity and translate it into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, budgeting, and planning.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken and preferably also Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and industrialization projects from feasibility analysis to lifecycle management (R4V).
• Coordinate and oversee all activities related to product innovation, product development, process development, customer-specific requests, and quality-related improvements for your Product Groups.
• Create and maintain technical project roadmaps, planning, budgets, and resource allocation across departments and sites.
• Drive accountability and maintain momentum across multidisciplinary teams, without direct hierarchical authority.
• Monitor & report project progress, risks, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively facilitate decision-making with stakeholders and Site Steering Committees.
• Support customer interactions, technical reviews, and audits when required.
