Manpower is recruiting for Technical Operators / Site Engineers to support automated parcel sorting systems in the Tilburg region. This is a full-time role with a direct contract and a competitive gross monthly salary, plus travel reimbursement and shift allowances.

You'll work on maintaining and restoring operation of automated sorting installations during three shifts, document faults and maintenance, and participate in training programs to advance to independent service technician.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical environments with automated systems is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve first-line malfunctions.
• Proactive maintenance and documentation of activities.

Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Tilburg region.

Every day, thousands of online orders need to reach customers on time. Behind the scenes, advanced sorting machines make this possible. As part of the evening shift at one of the Netherlands' largest mail-order companies, you'll help ensure these systems continue running efficiently. When an installation suddenly stops or an alarm notification appears, you know exactly what to do. You remain calm under pressure, investigate the issue, and work closely with your colleagues to get the process moving again. Thanks to your technical skills, downtime is minimized and operations continue smoothly.

Your responsibilities
