Job summary

Manpower is seeking Technical Operators / Site Engineers for a three-shift role in Ridderkerk, NL. The position involves monitoring automated parcel sorting equipment, diagnosing faults, and performing preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will join a close-knit team, with a direct contract to the client and opportunities for on-the-job training, VCA, electrical switching, and other courses to advance as a service technician.

Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Ridderkerk region.

With the ongoing growth of e-commerce, efficient parcel processing is more important than ever. As a Technical Operator / Site Engineer, you'll join the evening shift at a client location of one of the Netherlands' leading mail-order companies. Automated sorting systems work continuously to keep deliveries moving on time. Everything seems to be running perfectly until an unexpected fault occurs. An alarm notification appears, and part of the installation comes to a stop. Thanks to your technical insight and hands-on approach, you quickly investigate the cause, work together with colleagues to solve the issue, and help restore the process with minimal downtime.

Your responsibilities
