Job summary

Panda International in North Brabant is seeking a motivated Technical Operator to join the production team. You will set up, adjust, and change over filling and packaging equipment, monitor critical process parameters, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation while driving OEE improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial machinery, ability to work independently, and willingness to train in GMP and HSE.

Qualifications

• Technical educational background or relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• Hands-on experience operating, adjusting, and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete internal training in GMP, mechanical operations and HSE.
• English B1+; Dutch is an advantage.

Job description

For an established pharmaceutical manufacturing company in North Brabant, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Operator to join the production team. The facility specializes in manufacturing, filling, and packaging liquid pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, including syrups, lotions, and other liquid formulations. As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that production and packaging lines operate efficiently, safely, and according to strict quality standards. You will play an important role in minimizing downtime, resolving technical issues, and continuously improving production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and change over filling and packaging equipment.
• Monitor and test critical process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and independently troubleshoot technical malfunctions.
• Monitor production line efficiency using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Support and coach colleagues in technical operations and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, production processes, and working procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements

What We Offer

• Gross monthly salary of €3,200–€3,500, depending on experience, excluding shift allowances.
• Shift allowance of 13.06% (2 shifts) or 22.11% (3 shifts).
