Jobster in Dordrecht, Netherlands, is seeking a Process Operator B to run and monitor production processes safely, reliably and efficiently. You will operate, supervise and adjust equipment, identify deviations and collaborate with colleagues to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role offers a gross monthly salary of €3,100 to €3,500, a 27.4% shift allowance, travel reimbursement and a year-end bonus.

As a Process Operator B, you will help ensure production processes and installations operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You will earn a gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,500, receive a 27.4% shift allowance, travel reimbursement and an attractive year-end bonus. Ready for the next step in your career?

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. You will monitor operations, identify deviations and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve production targets. You will also contribute to improving safety, efficiency and overall plant performance.
