Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in energy storage, batteries, or power electronics and several years of engineering experience.
• Sterke kennis van batterijtechnologieën, oplaadstrategieën en energiemanagement.

Responsibilities

• Stuur de groei aan van het Battery Charger- en DC Distribution-portfolio.
• Werk nauw samen met engineering om ontwikkeling van concept tot lancering te sturen.
• Verzamel en ontwikkel marketingcontent zoals presentaties, datasheets, applicatienotities en lancering-materialen.
• Definieer positionering en zet technische features om in klantwaarde.
• Leid productlanceringen en trainings- en go-to-market-activiteiten.
• Beoordeel markttendensen en klantbehoeften voor productverbeteringen.
• Dien als centrale schakel tussen engineering, sales en marketing en stuur uitvoering.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Drive growth for the Battery Charger and DC Distribution portfolio through product strategy and market positioning.
• Execute product strategy and work closely with engineering to drive development from concept to launch
• Own and create hands-on marketing content, including presentations, datasheets, application notes, and launch materials.
• Define product positioning and translate technical features into clear customer value propositions.
• Lead product launches, including sales training and go-to-market preparation.
• Assess market trends and customer needs to guide product enhancements.
• Operate as a central connector between engineering, sales, and marketing, actively aligning teams and driving execution.
• Manage product certifications and quality processes.
