Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Technical Coordinator to design, install, and maintain remote surveillance systems, ensuring clubs operate safely around the clock. You will coordinate floorplans, installations and quality checks, while supporting 24/7 operations and security system rollouts across locations.

Ideal candidates have a technical education in Security/Facility or Construction Engineering, strong analytics, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Professional education degree in Security, Facility, Construction Engineering or a comparable study.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch preferred.
• Available 40 hours a week (office hours).

Responsibilities

• Supporting Basic-Fit in implementing the Remote Surveillance program (24/7 system).
• Creating Remote Surveillance floorplans for new or existing locations.
• Making Audio plans using drawing and calculation tools.
• Assist with creating Remote Surveillance floorplans for construction proofs.
• Assist with the rollout of new systems in new and renovated clubs.
• Assist in the coordination of planned maintenance related to Remote Surveillance and Fire systems.
• Being the go-to contact person for important stakeholders.
• Performing technical quality checks on clubs after installations.
• Make sure we can keep our clubs open 24/7.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

As aTechnicalCoördinator, you playan important rolein keeping our clubs safe and secure around the clock. You contribute to designing, installing, andmaintainingour surveillance systems, ensuring everything functions flawlessly. With your technicalexpertiseand attention to detail, you help create a safe environment where members and staff can feel at ease every day.

Within our team youare responsible forcreating and checking Remote Surveillance system floorplans, coordinating installations and the end quality check. Besides this, you are alsoassistingour daily operations with setting standards,organize24/7 openings, checking invoices and coordinating planned maintenance works by our preferred suppliers, to keep our clubs safe and secure 24/7.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting Basic-Fitin implementing the Remote Surveillance program (24/7system)


• Creating Remote Surveillance floorplans for new or existing locations


• Making Audio plans using drawing and calculation tools


• Assist Basic-Fit Property with creating Remote Surveillance prove construction floorplans


• Assistwith the rollout of new systems in new and renovated clubs


• Assistin the coordination of planned maintenance related to our RemoteSurveillanceand Fire systems


• Being the go-to contact person for our important stakeholders


• Performing technical quality checks on clubs after installations


• Makingsure we can keep our clubs open 24/7!

You will work in theRS Engineeringdepartment and will be part of theengineeringand roll out team within Basic-Fit Security. In this role, you will report directly to our OperationsManagerRemote Control. You will also work closely with our Construction Engineers and Architects. You will be the link, together with the Operations Manager Remote Control, between Basic-Fit Property, Facility, localOperationsand our own control room (MARC).

Who Are You?

An open person who is not afraid of change. You are practical and like to get things done. You have a structured way of thinking and are used to workinginseveral projects at the same time.

• You are tech minded and have interest in Remote/Security systems and Facility;


• You have a professional education degree in Security, Facility, Construction Engineering or a comparable study;


• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;


• You are able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams;


• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English which is the primary language used both internally and externally, and preferably also in Dutch. Knowledge of French, German and/or Spanish is a plus;


• You are available40 hours a week (office hours).
