  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers; oversee service delivery and product performance
  • Identify opportunities for new business, including sustainability initiatives with both existing and new customers
  • Perform on-site technical tasks and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions
  • Balance independent scheduling with flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
  • Actively engage in internal meetings, training, and cross-functional projects
  • Uphold safety and integrity standards in all operations


The Successful Applicant

  • Technical background, preferably in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Bachelor's degree or higher). A chemical background is required
  • Fluency is both Dutch and English is required
  • Experience in a commercial role, account or key account management (with knowledge about the industry in breadth and depth as a plus)
  • Customer-focused with strong commercial insight
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable with a varied job
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
