Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Technology Management Control Consultant to translate VST priorities into actionable governance plans.

You will strengthen the management control system at the value domain level and drive structured ways of working within a rapidly evolving IT environment. You will partner with Value Domain Cluster Leads and senior leadership, shaping roadmaps, information requests and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with HBO level.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong structure, prioritization and follow-through to translate strategy into actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary counterpart to the Value Domain Cluster Lead.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and governance decisions.
• Drive structured planning, execution and reporting across the value domain.
• Develop management information, insights and MT-ready materials.
• Collaborate to standardize and improve management control processes.
