Landal is seeking a Tech Delivery Lead for Mobile Apps to drive end-to-end delivery of the Stay App. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with product and vendors, and ensure scalable, high-quality releases.

You will champion performance optimization and incident management, using AI tools to boost development speed. The role blends technical leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience.

Job description

The Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering Landal's Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences.

You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while driving continuous improvement in performance, stability, and development efficiency.

As a Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) your tasks & responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production;
• Act as a Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors;
• Ensure high-quality releases with focus on performance, scalability, and stability;
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality;
• Facilitate agile execution and team flow, including Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.

To be successful in this role, you have:

Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android);

Hands-on experience with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools;

Proven ability in incident management, debugging, and technical troubleshooting;

Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT);

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience.

• An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
• A salary between €4.808,45 and €6.869,21gross per month on a full-time basis*;
• 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;

• Working from home allowance of €2,45 per home working day;

• Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;

* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
