Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and owning complex Java backend systems.
• Exposure to Python is a strong plus.
• Experience with data-heavy, computation-intensive platforms.
• Understanding of software architecture, testing and observability.
• Experience in regulated or high-risk environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across the stack with clear delineation between platform and model code.
• Define target architecture and ADRs; ensure long-term maintainability.
• Set engineering standards for correctness, performance, testing and observability.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering practices and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quant and Operations stakeholders.
