We are looking for a Teamleider Projecten. As a Teamleider Projecten, you will be responsible for leading project teams, developing annual department plans, and participating in the MT+ team to contribute to the organization's policy plan.

Responsibilities
  • Leading project teams and coaching team members.
  • Developing the yearly department plan and ensuring the achievement of set goals.
  • Participating in the MT+ team for organizational policy planning.
  • Monitoring project progress, quality, capacity, and budgets.
  • Providing clear reports to the director of projects on the financial and operational status.
Requirements
  • An MBO-4 degree in electrical engineering or comparable HBO level.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience as a project manager in the electrical sector, focusing on utility construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and cost calculation for both renovation and new construction.
  • Proven experience in leadership and maintaining client relationships.
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • A clean Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
