Tilburgse familiebedrijvenluik zoekt een Production Team Leader die dagelijks de productie coördineert en een team van circa 7–16 medewerkers aanstuurt. Je bewaakt planning, voert overleg en zorgt voor correcte uitvoering van afspraken. Een informele werksfeer en korte lijnen staan centraal.

Het bedrijf biedt een 3-ploegensysteem, een vast contractperspectief, 25 vakantiedagen en een 8% vakantietoeslag. Salaris tussen €3.400 en €4.100 per maand, inclusief ploegtoeslag.

Qualificações

• Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers, bij voorkeur in productie.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met diverse mensen.
• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een voordeel.

As a Production Team Leader, you will start working at a family-owned company in Tilburg. You will work in 3 shifts and lead a team of around 10 colleagues. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. In return, you will receive a monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,100, including a 21.5% shift allowance, 25 days of holiday leave and 8% holiday allowance.

Functieomschrijving

As a Production Team Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the production floor. You lead a team of 7 to 16 employees, depending on the shift you work. Don't have experience managing a larger team yet? No problem! You can start with a smaller team and grow from there.You keep an overview, know what is happening within your team and ensure that agreements are followed. You have regular contact with employees and management. You share information, discuss what is going on and ensure that action points are followed up. You know how to deal with different people, listen to your team and address colleagues when necessary.

Functie-eisen

• You have experience managing employees, preferably in a production environment;

• You are willing to work in three shifts;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
