Van Nes + Plaisier Personeelsdiensten zoekt een Production Team Leader in Tilburg. Je leidt een team van 7–16 collega’s, werkt in drie shifts en zorgt dat de productie netjes verloopt.

Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven, spreekt Engels en mogelijk Nederlands, en je krijgt een salaris tussen €3.400 en €4.100 per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag. Een vaste aanstelling en een prettige, informele werksfeer behoren tot de arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers, bij voorkeur in productie.
• Je spreekt en begrijpt Engels goed; Nederlands is een pluspunt.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerken met verschillende mensen.
• Overzicht behouden en afspraken en actiepunten opvolgen.
• Bereid om in drie ploegen te werken.
• Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van een team van 7–16 medewerkers per dienst.
• Zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de productievloer en duidelijke taaktoewijzing.
• Regelmatig contact met medewerkers en management en opvolging van acties.
• Informatie delen en bespreken wat er gaande is binnen het team.

As a Production Team Leader, you will start working at a family-owned company in Tilburg. You will work in 3 shifts and lead a team of around 10 colleagues. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. In return, you will receive a monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,100, including a 21.5% shift allowance, 25 days of holiday leave and 8% holiday allowance.

Functieomschrijving

As a Production Team Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the production floor. You lead a team of 7 to 16 employees, depending on the shift you work. Don't have experience managing a larger team yet? No problem! You can start with a smaller team and grow from there.You keep an overview, know what is happening within your team and ensure that agreements are followed. You have regular contact with employees and management. You share information, discuss what is going on and ensure that action points are followed up. You know how to deal with different people, listen to your team and address colleagues when necessary.

Functie-eisen

• You have experience managing employees, preferably in a production environment;

• You maintain an overview and ensure that agreements and action points are followed up;
• You are willing to work in three shifts;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
