Do you know this top performer or are you the top performer we are looking for? We are expanding our operational team and are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Logistics Team Leader in the short term!

Functie

Tasks as Team Leader:

1. You work together with your team and fellow team leaders on the work floor;
2. You lead a team of order pickers and packers;
3. You have a true "hands-on" mentality, working alongside your team and managing the pick and pack process;
4. You monitor the progress of daily operational processes within our company and prioritize them accordingly;
5. You hold discussions with fellow team leaders on the work floor to ensure the set KPIs are met;
6. Coaching, motivating, and guiding your team;
7. Ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, and effort from your team;
8. Instructing, informing, and supporting the department employees, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly according to the applicable standards.

What do you bring?

• MBO (level 4) work and thinking level;
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (experience in logistics is a plus);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, is a requirement;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a plus;
• You have strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities;
• You work accurately and are precise in following through on agreements;
• You have problem-solving skills and a helicopter view;
• You are available full-time in rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM;
• Occasionally available on weekends (with a premium), Saturday 125%, Sunday 150%.
