Lead and motivate a customs team, optimise processes, and manage import/export customs formalities within a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to customs staff.
• Coordinate and oversee daily customs operations.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to optimise SAP and other systems.

• Proven experience with customs formalities (import and export).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: starting from €4,016 bruto per month (full‑time) depending on experience. Includes pension, travel allowance, possible home office allowance, training and development opportunities, contribution to sports and vitality programmes.
