Responsibilities

• Plan commercial activities, scheduling, and planograms for your department.
• Guide and develop Retail Assistants to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Assign daily tasks and create rosters to keep team fully engaged.
• Lead performance and absence management activities.
• Assist in creating engaging product presentations to drive sales.
• Optimize stock levels using the Stock Replenishment System to maximize sales.
