Qualifications

• Several years of retail management experience with full responsibility for sales performance and budgeting.
• Ability to influence, lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on maximising sales and controlling costs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Dutch.

• Lead the store and own sales targets, costs and overall performance.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team to support growth and high performance.
