Job summary

Enza Zaden in Luttelgeest seeks a Team Lead Seed Production to manage a crop care team and oversee daily operations of our greenhouse, focusing on peppers or tomatoes.

You will lead and develop staff, coordinate daily planning, monitor quality, ensure safety, and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to optimize cultivation.

The role requires at least 3 years in crop cultivation or people management, English proficiency, and hands-on leadership in a greenhouse setting; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Affinity with horticulture and vegetable production in a greenhouse environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
