Overview

Patta is always exploring ways to grow and strengthen our team. We're looking for a Team Lead Production to join our team.

About The Job

As Team Lead Production, you are responsible for overseeing the full development and production of Patta’s collections, from final design handover to the successful delivery of finished goods. You will lead the production team, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient planning, consistent quality, and cost control. In this role, you play a key part in strengthening supplier relationships, enhancing sustainability practices, and optimizing the Product Development department.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team.
• Create and manage the seasonal production planning.
• Oversee the full sampling process up to the final collection handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments.
• Maintain and expand a strong and reliable supplier network.
• Monitor budgets, margins, timelines, and assess product quality.
• Implement efficient and sustainable production practices.
• Ensure compliance with production and sustainability standards.

About You

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Or, you have at least 5 years of experience in fashion production, including leadership responsibilities.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the product lifecycle, cost calculations, and technical development.
• You are a skilled negotiator and enjoy building long-term partnerships with suppliers.
• You are highly organised, communicative, and remain calm under pressure.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and decisive manner.
• You are proficient in tools such as Excel, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and preferably also PLM/ERP systems like Delogue.
• You have a strong affinity with fashion, streetwear, and the cultural space in which Patta operates.
• You are fluent in both English and Dutch.
