Overview

Are you an experienced leader in customer service or logistics who thrives on guiding a team to excellence? Do you enjoy coaching and developing a multicultural team while driving performance? Do you enjoy coordinating order-to-cash processes in a fast-moving international setting? This is your chance to step into a key operational role in the heart of Rotterdam.

As Team Lead Customer Service Logistics, you will manage a team of six professionals handling the entire order-to-cash process for alcohol & derivatives across Europe. You'll ensure efficient delivery of goods, monitor performance, resolve logistics issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Leading day-to-day operations team from order entry through invoicing
  • Managing customer contracts, inventory, and service-level agreements
  • Monitoring freight and storage costs and analysing performance data
  • Handling escalations, customer complaints, and process improvements
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating team members while setting SMART goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in customer service and/or logistics
  • Proven team-lead experience, ideally in an international logistics environment
  • Strong people-management and communication skills
  • Fluent English; Dutch, Spanish, Italian and/or French is a plus
  • Solid skills in MS Office and ERP systems
