As a Tactical Purchaser at IQIP, you are responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and uninterrupted supply of strategic and critical materials, services, and equipment within multiple commodities. You will execute the commodity plan, contribute to procurement strategies, and manage purchasing portfolios with autonomy and professionalism. Operating at the intersection of procurement, projects, and production, you ensure purchasing activities align with both project goals and framework agreements while supporting business continuity and optimizing supplier performance.
You will lead purchasing projects with budgets ranging from €1 to €5 million, handle complex contracts including IP clauses, and manage multiple commodities requiring a helicopter view. Your decisions have a direct impact on cost control, timely delivery, and risk mitigation within our global operations.
NEVI 1 or 2 Higher vocational education (HBO), preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field
8 years of relevant purchasing experience in a technical or manufacturing setting
Experience with complex contracts and purchasing of tailor-made, innovative equipment
Strong negotiation skills and market insight
Proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple commodities
Experienced with ERP systems (INFOR) and AI
Fluent in Dutch and English
