Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Проводить интеграционные тесты и валидировать функциональность систем.
• Обновлять техническую документацию по процессам.
• Управлять разрешением инцидентов на 3-й линии поддержки (OSP).
• Проактивно тестировать функции и внедрять системы.
• Понимать бизнес-требования и переводить их в технические решения.
• Анализировать и исправлять проблемы для обеспечения высокой доступности.
• Сотрудничать для устранения ошибок и координации исправлений.
• Поддерживать четкую коммуникацию с коллегами и стейкхолдерами.
• Поддерживать внедрение новых технологийStore систем.
• Обеспечивать соответствие лучшим практикам в документации и тестировании.
• Создавать тест-кейсы на основе требований пользователей, выполнять тесты и отчитываться в Test Rail.
• Выполнять тестирование API через PostMan.
• Управлять проектными рабочими потоками, документацией и сотрудничеством в JIRA и Confluence.

• Conduct integration testing and validate system functionalities
• Review and improve technical documentation for system processes
• Manage incident resolution at the 3rd Level Support (OSP)
• Proactively test system functionalities and contribute to system adoption
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Collaborate to resolve bugs and coordinate fixes
• Maintain clear and structured communication with colleagues and stakeholders from a systematic point of view
• Support the deployment and adoption of new store system technologies
• Ensure compliance with best practices in system documentation and testing
• Create test cases based on user requirements, execute test runs, and report results in Test Rail
• Execute and test APIs using PostMan
• Manage project workflows, documentation, and collaboration in JIRA and Confluence

• 5+ Years of experience in incident management and efficient troubleshooting
• Experience with API testing and thorough understanding of API calls and required tools
• Experience in system workflow analysis
• Proven experience evaluating business systems and their fit within business architecture
• Understanding of complex application integrations and their impact on different systems
• Hands-on experience building and debugging syncs
• Good communication in Dutch and English
• Located in the Netherlands
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Nice to have: Experience with DaoCloud, understanding of BPMN
