Job summary
Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sustainability & Risk Intern to support the EPDM ESG and Risk & Resilience team in data collection, record management, and handling global sustainability-related requests. This role focuses on ESG initiatives, regulatory compliance, and supply chain resilience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.
The internship requires university enrollment for the full duration, a related degree, and strong English communication.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at university for the entire internship period.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, marketing, public relations or related field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for sustainability and Risk & Resilience initiatives.
- Support ESG questionnaire completion and manage global ESG-related requests; maintain Net Zero Tracker for EPDM.
- Assist with EU regulatory compliance matters such as EUDR, Packaging Waste Regulation and Forced Labor Regulation.
- Support data collection and follow-ups to improve supply chain resilience and traceability.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.
