Position Overview

As Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power / Performance, you will own end-to-end supply planning and execution across a complex EMEA product portfolio, translating demand and planning signals into executable supply plans.

The role focuses on ensuring product availability, mitigating supply risks, optimizing inventory across the global network, and supporting inventory and revenue targets through close collaboration with suppliers, global hubs and cross-functional teams

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment and purchase-order plans using forecasts, sales orders, inventory targets, lead times and o9 recommendations.
  • Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle across third-party suppliers and intercompany hubs, including order placement, confirmations, ETAs, changes and system accuracy.
  • Review supplier and intercompany open order books, proactively identifying delays, push-outs, shortages and future supply risks and driving mitigation actions before customer impact.
  • Manage supplier communication, expediting, capacity constraints and supply escalations, including allocation requests and alternative supply solutions.
  • Optimize global inventory positioning for EMEA-owned products by balancing stock across hubs to protect availability, revenue and inventory targets.
  • Review purchase recommendations, constraints and exceptions to maintain accurate sourcing and planning parameters.
  • Coordinate inbound supply with internal Logistics teams and resolve goods-receipt, shipment, documentation, damaged inventory and warehouse discrepancies.
  • Provide accurate availability, lead-time and supply-risk visibility to Sales, Sales & Operations and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive supplier forecast alignment and supply readiness for promotions, demand changes and capacity requirements.
  • Support NPI, EOL and product-lifecycle planning, including system setup and proactive supply-readiness reviews.
  • Support inventory management and financial requirements including excess/obsolete stock, annual inventory clean-up and year-end inventory targets.
  • Support annual price updates, supplier declarations, logistics optimization, Control Tower activities and cross-functional/ad-hoc supply chain projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment, purchasing or a comparable supply-chain function.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, supplier management and logistics.
  • Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify supply risks and translate data into proactive actions.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills across suppliers, global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities, escalations and a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with o9, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP and advanced planning platforms.
  • Experience in a high-value electronics, marine, technology or similarly complex product environment.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization and coordinating inventory across multiple hubs.
  • Experience improving supply-planning processes, parameters, KPIs or reporting.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office- and computer-based, with regular use of planning systems, spreadsheets and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Regular collaboration across EMEA and global time zones; occasional flexibility outside local standard business hours may be required.

The hiring range for this position is €55.500- €73.700 annually (payable in 12,96 instalments). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with company policies, and a range of competitive benefits.
