  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
  • Stay updated on advancements in battery materials and technologies.
  • Be the main contact for product management for all battery related questions

Position Overview

Our Electrical Engineer -is responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization (sustaining) of (Lithium) batteries and systems.

Essential Functions
  • Design and developnew battery technologies, systems, and components.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in battery design, validation, and testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Optimize and introduce processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability in battery development and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Bachelor’s degree in an Electrical/Electronic field of study.
Working Conditions
  • While this role includes typical office work - such as documentation, design reviews, and development on your laptop - it also requires hands-on work in our electronics labs.

  • Flexible work schedule is required with hybrid onsite requirement.

  • Occasional travel to customers, suppliers and discipline related conferences and seminars.

This exciting position offers anannual basesalary range between62,500EUR to85,800 EUR annually. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location.

This salary will be pro-rated based on any part-time working agreement.

This position is eligible for participation in discretionary bonus plan, in accordance with company policies.
