Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a Supply Planner BU Speciality to ensure OTIF delivery while balancing inventory and supporting sustainable growth. The role coordinates across factories, demand planning, raw materials, sales and customers in a hybrid setup.

You bring a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years in supply planning or similar roles, with strong analytical and communication skills in English. The position offers an international, dynamic environment and opportunities for professional

• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly production plans across multiple production sites.
• Optimize inventory levels while safeguarding product availability.
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock with commercial teams.
• Monitor supply chain performance and drive corrective actions when KPIs fall below target.
• Lead monthly Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process.
• Prepare scenarios and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to improve planning accuracy and service levels.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage phase-in and phase-out projects for products and customers.
• Participate in and lead supply chain improvement projects across the BU.

What will you do?

As Supply Planner, you are responsible for translating demand into an efficient production plan across our factory network. You act as the connecting link between manufacturing, demand planning, raw material planning, sales and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining weekly production plans across multiple production sites.


• Optimizing inventory levels while safeguarding product availability.
