Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a Supply Planner BU Speciality to translate demand into an efficient production plan across a network of factories. You will link manufacturing, demand planning, raw material planning, sales and customers to maintain OTIF and optimal inventory.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management and English fluency, with a hybrid work arrangement across European sites. You will contribute to continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Business Economics).
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to drive change and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly production plans across multiple sites.
• Optimize inventory while ensuring product availability.
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock with commercial teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Lead monthly S&OP supply reviews and contribute to scenario planning.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve planning accuracy.
• Coordinate phase-in/phase-out projects for products and customers.
• Participate in cross‑BU supply chain improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

As Supply Planner, you are responsible for translating demand into an efficient production plan across our factory network. You act as the connecting link between manufacturing, demand planning, raw material planning, sales and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining weekly production plans across multiple production sites.


• Optimizing inventory levels while safeguarding product availability.


• Managing slow-moving and obsolete stock together with commercial teams.


• Monitoring supply chain performance and driving corrective actions when KPIs fall below target.


• Leading monthly Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process.


• Preparing scenarios and recommendations to support management decision-making.


• Collaborating with customers to improve planning accuracy and service levels.


• Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.


• Managing phase-in and phase-out projects for products and customers.


• Participating in and leading supply chain improvement projects across the Business Unit.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or a similar supply chain role.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.


• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.


• A proactive mindset and the confidence to drive change and improvements.
