Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam seeks an Operations Process Transformation Consultant to drive supply chain transformations and digital programs across clients. You will lead delivery with a data-driven approach, shaping future-proof processes and leveraging GenAI.

You will collaborate with C-level leaders, translate goals into actionable roadmaps, and mentor teams as part of our Total Reinvention program. This role blends strategy, process design, and technology adoption in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Three or more years in supply chain process transformation roles.
• Ability to identify customer needs and define future solutions.
• Confident in building lasting business relationships.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery as a bridge between client needs and Accenture offerings.
• Improve client processes by leading a transformation workstream.
• Advise on automation opportunities using GenAI and other tech.
• Create 360-degree data visibility to unlock savings.
