Job summary

Univar Solutions in Rotterdam, NL is seeking a proactive Supply Planner to own end-to-end planning for a defined product portfolio, balancing service, cost, and inventory. This role collaborates with Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management and Sales to ensure On-Time In-Full deliveries.

You will plan and execute purchasing via SAP MRP, maintain inventory targets and safety stocks, and address deviations with timely escalation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply planning, logistics, transport or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
• Retail, chemical or distribution industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle deviations, shortages and non-conformances with timely escalation and clear communication.
• Monitor performance via Tableau reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders and other Univar locations.
