Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Planner to execute regional planning and logistics for Europe, coordinating demand, inventory and distribution to ensure product availability and high service levels. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams, optimize warehouse processes, monitor OTIF and lead improvement projects, with English fluency and SAP knowledge.

Overview

Supply Chain Operations Planner — responsible for executing regional supply chain planning and logistics activities for external warehouse operations across Europe, ensuring reliable product availability and high service levels through demand, inventory, and logistics execution management. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support seamless supply chain operations, optimize warehouse and distribution processes, and drive operational efficiency. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and aligns supply chain performance with business objectives, customer expectations, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand and supply planning activities for DC01 and external warehouses within the EUR network.
• Manage customer orders and ensure alignment between demand signals and supply capabilities.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize backorders.
• Support logistics execution and ensure adherence to delivery schedules (RDD/OTIF focus).
• Ensure reliable service delivery and on-time performance for internal and external customers.
• Act as key contact for Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams.
• Monitor and follow up on distressed orders and logistics deviations.
• Contribute to reducing customer complaints and improving service quality.
• Collaborate with Regional Commercial teams, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics Operations and external warehouse providers.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in planning and logistics processes.
• Support projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or warehouse integration.
• Contribute to standardization and best practice sharing across the EUR supply chain network.
• Support tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (e.g., OTIF, on-time delivery, complaints).
• Participate in KPI reviews and support action tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles.
• Knowledge of SAP and user knowledge of MS365.
• Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferred: Dutch or German language skills.
• Preferred: Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred: Knowledge of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, inventory, replenishment).
• Preferred: Understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Preferred: Project experience in process improvement.

What We Offer

Base Pay Range: €55,700 – €81,730. Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on factors including experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Country-specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process where applicable in accordance with local pay transparency regulations. This role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation, governed by the terms of applicable plans and company performance.
