• Design and optimize supply chain processes in the areas of procurement, data, ERP, suppliers/customers, communication flows, and sales;
• Maintain oversight of the complete supply chain process, keeping track of your internal and external stakeholders;
• Work proficiently with data: including processing, flows, and analyses;
• Keep the project manager informed about everything related to planning and reporting;
• Be responsible for the logistical KPIs and initiate improvement proposals to enhance performance;
• Connect your stakeholders through various forms of communication;
• Understand how to integrate QLTC on the work floor, always taking into account the associated risk management;
• Conduct analyses in the areas of Quality, Logistics, Time, and Cost using available data, and translate these into concrete actions for the work floor;
• Approach tasks with a continuous improvement mindset: you can confidently apply practical solutions with common sense while also possessing a strong theoretical foundation to drive improvements or bring initiatives to life (5S, Lean, FMEA sessions, etc.);
• Have knowledge of process modeling and simulation, enabling you to evaluate various scenarios effectively and test improvements;
• Handle ad-hoc situations and know how to guide and monitor iterative processes.
