Job summary

Otis SE in Utrecht seeks a cross-functional Supply Chain sourcing specialist to act as the central point for regional supply chain needs. You will coordinate end-to-end non-catalogue sourcing, negotiate local contracts, and support EMEA/global category teams to leverage regional opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain with some supply chain experience, strong stakeholder management, and analytical skills; fluent Dutch and English are essential, French is a plus.

• Some experience in supply chain; experience in a technical or construction environment is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end non-catalogue sourcing within the operational region, including RFQs, supplier selection, competitive bids and approvals.
• Negotiate and execute local contracts and country-specific agreements, with follow-up calls and dispute handling.
• Support EMEA- and global category sourcing teams with EMEA-wide agreements and opportunities.
• Monitor and manage KPI compliance for external resources performing administrative tasks locally.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor subcontractor capacity and performance; onboard subcontractors and expand the Benelux network.

Je werkt in een cross-functionele rol en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de operationele regio en de bijbehorende supply chain-behoeften. Je werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders om effectieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen voor de volledige supply chain-functie. Identificeren van hiaten in supply chain-processen en samenwerken met management en supply chain-categorieën om deze op te lossen en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Coördineren van het besparingsplan met de lokale financiële afdeling en het senior management. Uitvoeren van landenanalyses en taken met betrekking tot betalingsvoorwaarden. Ondersteunen van de EMEA- en wereldwijde category sourcing teams (Field & Indirect) met betrekking tot EMEA-brede overeenkomsten en kansen. Beheren van end-to-end non-catalogue sourcingactiviteiten binnen de operationele regio, inclusief RFQ’s (offerteaanvragen), leveranciersselectie, competitieve biedingen en goedkeuringen van aanvragen. Onderhandelen over en uitvoeren van lokale contracten, Local Term Agreements en landspecifieke overeenkomsten, inclusief opvolggesprekken en geschillenafhandeling. Toezicht houden op GBS-externe resources die administratieve lokale taken uitvoeren binnen de operationele regio, inclusief monitoring van KPI’s en het waarborgen van naleving van compliance-eisen. Subcontracting (Benelux) Coördineren van onboarding van onderaannemers en zorgen voor kwaliteit en naleving Opbouwen en versterken van het netwerk van onderaannemers binnen de Benelux Ondersteunen van onderhandelingen en prijsafspraken voor projecten en jaarlijkse contracten Samenwerken met operations om capaciteit en prestaties van onderaannemers te monitoren Je rapporteert aan de Business Partner voor Western Europe, gevestigd in Frankrijk.

Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn?

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain of een gerelateerd vakgebied
• Enige ervaring in supply chain; ervaring in een technische of bouwomgeving is een pré
• Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden en een hands‑on mentaliteit
• Analytisch en oplossingsgericht
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pré
