Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality across the European Business Unit. You will lead APQP/PPAP activities, develop sampling plans, and manage NCRs/SCARs to ensure compliant, high-quality materials for corrugated packaging and consumables.

You will build strong supplier relationships, conduct audits, and guide corrective actions while collaborating with engineering, operations, and procurement to achieve continuous improvement and supply chain

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supplier quality engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality activities for advanced product development, including APQP and PPAP support.
• Develop and implement inspection sampling plans; manage NCRs, SCARs and CAPA.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and data analysis.
• Support material certifications (e.g., FSC, SFI) and assist in customer audits.
• Engage suppliers with root-cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
