O’Neill Europe B.v. in Designer Outlet Roermond is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to drive sales and lead a small team. You’ll ensure the store looks its best and delivers a welcoming shopping experience.

With 2+ years in retail, you’ll coach staff, advise customers, and support the Assistant Store Manager with administrative tasks. This role offers an international lifestyle brand and opportunities to grow.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in retail, senior sales or supervisor preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Strong eye for trends and passion for boardsports and O’Neill lifestyle.

The Job

As a Supervisor at O’Neill, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the store meets its targets. You’ll maintain the store’s presentation according to O’Neill’s guidelines and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Beyond sales, you’ll be an inspiring leader for the team, providing expert advice to customers and supporting the (Assistant) Store Manager with administrative and communication tasks.

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of retail experience (preferably as a senior sales associate or supervisor)
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• A keen eye for trends and a passion for boardsports & the O’Neill lifestyle
