Job summary

Yacht Interior Group, based in the Netherlands, leads luxury interior projects for superyachts. The supervisor role covers managing teams during installation, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining high safety and quality standards while keeping projects on time and within budget.

With a hands-on mentality and flexibility, the team delivers refit and installation work for renowned shipyards. Occasional travel abroad is expected to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO diploma with experience in large-scale projects, preferably in yacht or shipbuilding.
• Strong organizational, technical insight, and ability to maintain an overview.
• Independent, sociable approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel abroad occasionally.

Your role as supervisor

As a supervisor at Yacht Interior Group, you are the linchpin of our projects. You lead one or more teams installing luxury interiors on the world’s most exclusive yachts. Whenever possible, you also roll up your sleeves and assist with the installation. You oversee scheduling, quality, and safety, ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget.
