Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Supervisor to lead the early or late shift, managing Team Leaders and warehouse staff to meet department objectives. You will focus on productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will coach and motivate the team, analyze results, and propose improvements based on data and feedback. Fluent Dutch and English are essential, as is a strong logistics mindset and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level education in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable experience in managing large groups.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mind.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work overtime when needed.

It is your job to achieve all department objectives. You do this, among other things, by focusing on productivity, customer satisfaction, analyzing department results and making improvement proposals based on customer satisfaction research.

• Demonstrable experience in managing large groups;
• Good knowledge of logistics processes;
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems;
• Good communication skills and positive attitude;
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate a team;
• Decisive, problem solving skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge and command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Flexible and stress-resistant and able to work overtime in (and if necessary out of) season.
