Job summary

Hogeschool Rotterdam's Rotterdam Business School seeks a Student Success & Support Coordinator for 0.8–1.0 FTE on a 6-month temporary contract. You will guide students through academic, personal and practical challenges, coordinating interventions to promote progress and wellbeing.

You will work with staff across departments to identify trends and improve student support processes, contributing to an inclusive learning environment where student success comes first.

Qualifications

• Strong student-focused communication skills with analytical ability.
• Ability to balance individual student needs with institutional policies and procedures.
• Proactive approach with the ability to translate complex situations into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary contact for students facing academic, personal or practical challenges.
• Coordinate interventions and ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
• Monitor study progress and contribute to process improvements using data insights.
• Collaborate with academic staff, Examination Board and support services.
• Provide events and programme-related administrative coordination.
• Support wellbeing and student success initiatives.
