Job summary

TWD in Rotterdam is seeking student programmers to join the Software Engineering team. You will work on the digital foundation for smarter engineering, writing Python, automating tasks, testing, and contributing end-to-end on new features and calculation templates.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Python experience, familiarity with repositories and CI workflows, and a background in mechanical, civil, or aerospace engineering.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Hands-on Python experience from projects or coursework.
• Familiarity with repositories, pipelines, and pull requests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help build the Python-based engineering platform.
• Write reliable, efficient code and test and debug.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for new features and calculation templates.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and explore AI ideas.
