Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a Structural Modeler to design and calculate civil or architectural structures. You will create and manage detailed 3D models, utilizing BIM tools and coordinating with clients and teammates to optimize designs.

You will be involved from design through construction, with a focus on accurate modelling, ongoing collaboration, and technical support to the build team. The role is on-site in the Eindhoven area.

Qualifications

• Completed education in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Tekla.
• Knowledge of Visual Scripting, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience with contracting companies or engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D models and calculations.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to optimize designs.
• Provide technical support to construction teams and oversee the process.
