Job summary

Accenture Netherlands seeks a Strategy Manager in the Eindhoven region to lead transformations for semiconductor and high-tech clients, turning strategy into actionable roadmaps and driving execution across complex programs.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across strategy, technology, data and operations to deliver measurable impact for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (engineering, business, or combination).
• 5+ years of consulting experience in semiconductor/high-tech industries.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic projects end-to-end.
• Experience guiding senior stakeholders and driving decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Affinity with technology, AI and digital transformation.

• How do you translate strategy into end-to-end transformation, powered by data, AI, and digital technologies?
• How can organizations capture and track value at scale across complex transformation programs?

You will:

• Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
• Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
