Accenture NL in Eindhoven region seeks a Consultant to shape the future of the semiconductor value chain by securing timely supply of critical materials, AI-enabled planning, and large-scale enterprise reinvention.

You will work with clients to redesign processes, implement data foundations, and collaborate with strategy, technology, and operations teams to deliver measurable impact.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in semiconductor/high-tech.
• Proven ownership of partial scope within a project.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; comfortable with large datasets.

• Analyze and redesign core value chain processes across HW/SW engineering, supplier management, and manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to selection and implementation of technology platforms, data foundations, AI use cases, and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment for decision making and execute programs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to bring Accenture’s strengths to clients and grow semiconductor expertise.
• Develop insights from data and stakeholder input and translate into clear recommendations.

What you’ll do

You will work with clients on questions such as: How to secure timely supply of critical materials and components in a market of constrained capacity, concentrated supply bases and geopolitical risks? How can AI, advanced analytics and modern procurement, planning, and MES platforms make sourcing, planning, and manufacturing decisions faster and better? How to build supplier collaboration models that deliver resilience, cost, quality and innovation at the same time? How to reinvent hardware and software engineering processes to become AI-native and improve productivity?

• Analyze and redesign processes in the core value chain of our customers (e.g. NPI management, HW/SW engineering, supplier management and collaboration, capacity and demand alignment, materials planning, manufacturing operations, and field service management
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of technology platforms, including data foundations, use cases for AI and agentic automation, and change management
• Work directly with client stakeholders to drive alignment for decision making and execute programs and projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
• Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem
• Your role as a Consultant Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
• Develop insights from data and stakeholder input and turn them into clear, compelling recommendations
• Support client interactions and contribute to discussions with leaders in the core value chain
• Grow your expertise in both consulting, AI and technology-enabled transformations

What you’ll need

• Master’s degree (engineering, supply chain, business, or a combination)
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or industry, ideally in the semiconductor / high‑tech industry and/or within engineering and operations functional discipline
• Proven experience in having ownership of partial scope within a consulting project
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, comfortable working with large and imperfect datasets
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Interest in the semiconductor / high‑tech industry
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
