Job summary

CoLab, a fast-growing AI platform for engineering decisions, is seeking a Strategy Associate in the Strategy team to tackle high-impact questions across the business. You'll research emerging markets, analyze customer data, and help shape executive presentations.

You'll work across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research, learn to turn insights into actionable steps, and grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional new graduates with strong internship or co‑op experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate what matters clearly.
• Comfortable taking ownership with limited direction while knowing when to ask for input or support.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning how businesses, markets, customers, and products work.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or Marketing, Sales, Product, or Customer Success teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, market segments, competitors, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
• Support strategy development with rigorous research, data, insights, and hands‑on execution.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on market and competitive research.
• Take ambiguous business questions, structure the problem, gather evidence, and recommend practical next steps.
• Build presentations, briefing documents, analyses, and other materials that help teams make better decisions.
• Own high‑impact, cross‑functional projects as new priorities and opportunities emerge.
• Turn what you learn into action rather than stopping at the analysis.
