Strategic Territory Services Lead (Netherlands)

Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an experienced Territory Services Manager in the Netherlands. You will represent Red Hat Services within customer teams, develop solutions, and coordinate with delivery and sales to close services deals. You will negotiate pricing, manage margins, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery.

You will build executive relationships, develop roadmaps with customers, and expand the services footprint across your accounts, while collaborating with partners and internal teams across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused field services sales and delivery experience.
• Ability to create and articulate the value proposition with consultative selling.
• Experience presenting to and managing executive relationships with customers.
• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and services sales cycles.
• Fluent Dutch and English; ability to travel within territory as needed.
• Experience developing Statements of Work (SoWs) and responding to RFXs.
• Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, SSP, SA and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Attend or host meetings with customers to build relationships on-site.
• Develop roadmaps with customers to grow Red Hat's services.
• Build relationships with key account stakeholders to increase bookings.
• Develop partner relationships to extend Red Hat's services ecosystem.
• Contribute to account planning and strategy with the account team.
• Coordinate discovery sessions to capture goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Work with Sales, SSP, SA and GPS to solve customer problems.
• Lead responses to customer requirements and obtain approvals for service proposals.
• Negotiate services pricing, project costs and terms to protect margin.
• Ensure handover of projects to delivery teams and participate in reviews.
• Identify complementary solutions with partners and maximize customer value.
• Provide weekly revenue and booking forecasts for assigned accounts.
