Robin Radar seeks a NPR Purchasing Specialist to secure indirect technology, assets, and service agreements, ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient for ongoing projects in aviation and wildlife protection.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs, evaluate vendors, and negotiate master agreements, reporting to the Head of Procurement. Travel roughly 20% is expected for supplier visits.

Qualifications

• BA, MSc, or HBO in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in international procurement.
• Background in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors.
• Proven experience in non-product-related sourcing and contract management.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of laboratory, calibration, and software services.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems like SAP or Odoo.
• Advanced negotiation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, while basic Dutch is an asset.
• Willing to travel internationally approx. 20% of the time for supplier visits.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and contract negotiation: Manage sourcing, RFQs, and contract negotiations for IT, cloud licenses, and laboratory equipment.
• Tactical and strategic category management: Build an optimized vendor network that meets our business targets.
• End-to-end purchasing operations: Oversee purchase orders, resolve supplier non-conformances, and expedite delayed deliveries.
• Data integrity and performance monitoring: Maintain accurate supplier records and lead-time data in our ERP system.
• Internal alignment and process automation: Provide clear updates to our cross-functional teams during supplier escalations.
