Job summary

Aspire Systems Netherlands is seeking a Consulting Partner to lead the Software & Hi-Tech Practice, engaging senior client stakeholders, shaping solutions, and co-creating innovation roadmaps. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field (BE/B.Tech).
• 15 years of total experience in technology consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of Software & Hi-Tech industry trends—product engineering, SaaS, and digital platforms.
• Proven success engaging senior client executives to shape technology direction.
• Hands-on experience in roadmaps, POCs, or advisory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across product, engineering, and innovation.
• Lead discovery sessions and strategy workshops to understand business challenges and goals.
• Develop tailored technology roadmaps and innovation strategies leveraging emerging tech.
• Identify high-impact use cases in AI-enabled product engineering, SaaS transformation, and platform modernization.
• Present executive presentations and storytelling to articulate technology value in business terms.
• Support client pursuits with proposals, RFPs, and solution presentations.
• Presentations, demos, and pitches for prospect meetings; sales enablement to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and innovation labs to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
